We are excited that you plan to join us for the District 103 Annual Hybrid Conference on April 19-20, 2024!
We look forward to seeing you in person at Elements by The Odyssey in Orland Park, or online via Zoom.
Our activities will commence on Friday afternoon, April 19, 2024 and continue throughout Saturday, April 20, 2024.

Registration
Registering as a club can be more economical if multiple club members plan to attend. If your club has registered, your registration fee is paid. If you don’t know if your club has registered, or plans to register:

Attending virtually
Please note that whether you register individually or via your club, if you wish to attend virtually, you’ll need to get your unique Zoom link.

How to add virtual background(s) in zoom
- In Zoom, click the up-pointing ^ (caret / arrow symbol) to the right of the camera icon.
- Click Choose Virtual Background.
- Click the + (plus sign) above and to the right of your existing virtual backgrounds.
- Click Choose Image.
- Browse to where you saved the file on your device. Click Open.
Voila! You have a new virtual background.

Saturday lunch and dinner options
The food options that were available for purchase are listed below.

Lunch options include:
- Caprese sandwich (vegetarian)
- Honey ham sandwich
- Roasted turkey sandwich
All lunch sandwich boxes include pasta salad, cookie, potato chips, cutlery, bottled water and soft drink.
Dinner options include:
- Wild mushroom risotto (vegetarian)
- Chicken breast with piccata sauce
- Pan-seared salmon
All dinners include: freshly baked bread; soup and salad; a starch and vegetable; and dessert served with coffee (regular and decaf) and tea service.
