About District 103
District 103 was founded in 2017, comprising the downtown area of Chicago and the south and western suburbs.
Geographically based in Chicago, D103 also includes members who live in other US states and locations around the world such as Nepal, New Zealand and Singapore.

Our final Winter Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) is themed The “T” Factor, celebrating the pillars of leadership: Time, Teamwork, and Transformation.
This event will feature Round Two of Club Officer Training for the 2025–2026 Toastmasters year, empowering current leaders to finish strong and inspire boldly.
