📢 2026 Spring District Closeout Council Meeting

District 103 will hold the Spring District Closeout Council Meeting on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST.
District Executive Committee (DEC) members, Club Presidents, and Vice Presidents Education (VPEs) are the voting members of the District Council. Your attendance is required to reach the one-third quorum needed to conduct business. No proxies will be accepted.
The meeting is open to all District 103 club members to observe District Council business.

NEW DISTRICT 30 COUNCIL MEETING: DISTRICT LEADERSHIP ELECTIONS & DISTRICT REALIGNMENT
The District Leadership Elections will be held during the New District 30 District Council Meeting on May 16, 2026, from 9:00–11:00 AM Central Time.
We need a quorum for the new District 30 District Council Meeting. Please fill out the Google Form (click the link within the form text) to receive the Zoom details.
If you are a member in multiple districts, you may only vote in one district. The Club President receives one vote, and the Vice President of Education (VPE) receives one vote. If you are a District Executive Committee (DEC) member, there is a separate section to indicate your role, and you will receive one vote.
If you are both a DEC member and serve as a Club President or VPE, you are eligible to vote in both capacities. For example: select one vote as President, then proceed to the DEC section to select one vote and enter your DEC role.

For Non-Voting Members
While only voting members may participate in decisions, the 2026 Spring District Closeout Council Meeting is open to all District 103 club members for observation.
If you are not a voting member, you will not adopt reports or vote on business items. However, your attendance is encouraged. This is an excellent opportunity to:

Observe how the District Executive Committee, Club Presidents, and Vice Presidents Education conduct official district business.

Gain insight into how decisions are made that shape the direction of District 103.

Strengthen your understanding of Toastmasters governance and leadership in action.
