District 103 is seeking members ready to take the next step in leadership. The Club Growth Task Force provides DTM-credited opportunities through:
• Club Coaches – Support clubs with fewer than 13 members to rebuild, strengthen meeting quality, and reach Distinguished status.
• Club Mentors & Sponsors – Help new clubs charter successfully and guide them through their first 6–12 months of growth.
