Strategies for Tracking the New Requirements in Pathways – March 11, 2026
As of October 2025, VPEs are required to verify that members have completed certain meeting roles and have presented certain educational sessions before approving their levels. In order to do this well, club officers need a system for tracking completion of these requirements. This workshop will explore some possible ways to set up and maintain the records needed to verify completion of all assignments. The presenter will demonstrate how to create reports in FreeToastHost and will discuss the steps needed to maintain accurate FreeToastHost data. She will also present record keeping strategies for clubs that do not use FreeToastHost. Note that this workshop will NOT cover how to get started with FreeToastHost or how to set up your FreeToastHost website.
