Toastmasters International is “Where Leaders Are Made.” District 103 Toastmasters are composed of many Leadership faucets from, the TRIO, District Leadership Staff, Division Directors, Area Directors, Club Officers, and Club Members, who are inspired to becoming a Leader!
To become an effective leader, you need resources to grow within your leadership journey. District 103 Leadership (TRIO) and District Leadership Staff, want to make sure you have all tools to remain consistent. Consistency is the key to becoming the leader you want to be in your leadership role.
Leadership is also ‘Influence’ to have others follow you, because you show up to support your Club, Area, Division and District. You as a leader are taking your members, where you have been in your Toastmasters journey!
