📢 Fall District Council Meeting

District 103 will hold the Fall District Council Meeting on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 9:00 AM CDT.
District Executive Committee (DEC) members, Club Presidents, and Vice Presidents Education (VPEs) are the voting members of the District Council. Your attendance is required to reach the one-third quorum needed to conduct business. No proxies will be accepted.
The meeting is open to all District 103 club members to observe District Council business.

- The District Council will Adopt on:
- September 27, 2025, District Council Meeting Agenda (see attachment)
- April 18, 2025, District Council Meeting Minutes (see attachment)
- Newly Appointed Leaders (see attachment)
- 2025 Year-End Audit Report (see attachment)
- District Financial Budget Summary (see attachment)
- Revised 2025–2026 Club Realignment Report (see spreadsheet and report attachment)
New Business Items
The following items must be finalized by November 1, 2025:
- Decision on Area Directors– The District Council will vote on whether Area Directors will be appointed or elected for the 2026–2027 program year. This item was not voted on at the April business meeting and will now be addressed at this meeting.
- Remote Service of District Leaders– The District Council will vote on whether district leaders may serve remotely from outside the district boundaries. If approved, the Council may also specify which District Executive Committee positions can be fully or partially remote. This item was not voted on at the April business meeting and will now be addressed at this meeting.
👥 For Non-Voting Members
While only voting members may participate in decisions, the Fall District Council Meeting is open to all District 103 club members for observation.
If you are not a voting member, you will not adopt reports or vote on business items. However, your attendance is encouraged. This is an excellent opportunity to:
Observe how the District Executive Committee, Club Presidents, and Vice Presidents Education conduct official district business.
Gain insight into how decisions are made that shape the direction of District 103.
Strengthen your understanding of Toastmasters governance and leadership in action.
